🌸Statue Altar Seating Ceremony🌸
Today we gathered together to respectfully welcome the Buddha and Bodhisattva statues into their new home on the altar. The temple was filled with sacred chants, fragrant incense, and a deeply reverent atmosphere. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
With palms joined, everyone witnessed this auspicious moment of seating, filling our hearts with joy, peace, and blessings.✨ To be part of such a meaningful occasion is truly a rare fortune. 💖

Celebrating Kşitigarbha Bodhisattva’s Birthday
Celebrating the birthday of Kṣitigarbha Bodhisattva with a day of compassion, vows and boundless mercy. Kṣitigarbha Bodhisattva is renowned for his vow: "Until hell is empty, I will not become a Buddha." He is a protector of beings in the afterlife, particularly those in hell realms, working tirelessly to alleviate their suffering and guide them toward liberation.
慶祝地藏菩薩聖誕，以充滿慈悲、宏願與無盡憐憫的一天來紀念。
地藏菩薩以其著名的誓願而聞名：「地獄不空，誓不成佛。」
祂是眾生於後世的守護者，尤其護佑地獄道中的眾生，不辭辛勞地救拔其苦，引導他們走向解脫。

Mid Autumn Festival
We had a wonderful Moon Festival celebration with our temple community, coming together to share a festive meal and observe traditional customs. It was a meaningful time of connection, gratitude, and togetherness.
我們與師兄姊一同度過了一場溫馨美好的中秋節慶祝活動，齊聚一堂共享佳餚，並傳承中秋節的傳統習俗。這是一段充滿交流、感恩與團圓意義的美好時光。

Ceremonial Hanging of BaGua
We had a unifying ceremony of hanging a BaGua (八卦), otherwise known as the Eight Trigrams. The BaGua has several symbols. The eight edges represent the fundamental forces of nature, while the trigrams, each with their unique arrangement of yin(_ _) and yang (__), shows dynamic balance. The BaGua symbolizes balance, transformation, and harmony in the ever metamorphic universe.
我們舉行了一場懸掛八卦（BaGua)的儀式。八卦蘊含多重象徵意義：其八個方位代表自然界的根本力量，而卦象中陰（_ _）與陽（__）的不同組合，展現出動態的平衡。八卦象徵著在不斷變化的宇宙中的平衡、轉化與和諧。

Inspiring Dharma Lectures and Scripture Excerpts
During his lectures at the temple, Buddha JiGong wrote encouraging words in the scriptures to inspire individual disciples, married couples who are disciples, and all the disciples.

Heartfelt Goodbyes
There were many heartfelt goodbyes at Master Xuan Wei and our fellow disciples from the Taiwan temple departed after a month of spreading the Dharma and allowing space for introspection, community, and devotion.
在玄微師父與來自臺灣的師兄姊們啟程回家，現場充滿了依依不捨的道別。歷經一個多月弘法行程，為大眾加深情誼，也深化了信眾的虔誠與修行。

Bao (Meat Bun) Making Class
On November 10th we had a bao (meat bun) making class and activities.
We’re so grateful to Michelle for teaching us how to make delicious meat buns.
Cooking together was joyful, and the freshly baked buns were soft, juicy, and comforting.
